Free Merch for a Year Contest Terms and Conditions
Date: September 11 2025
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are minimum age of 18 years or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary for contest entry. One winner will be selected. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Armada Inc. are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsorship
The contest is sponsored by Armada Merch and fulfilled by Armada Inc. located at 55 Chase Street, Methuen, MA 01844.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entrants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Armada Inc. as final and binding.
4. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted starting on September 20 2025 and ending on September 21 2025. All entries must be received by September 21 2025 before the end of the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival.
5. How to Enter
The contest must be entered by signing up to the Armada Inc. email and/or SMS list. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified.
6. Prizes
The winner will receive “Free Merchandise for a Year,” which consists of one (1) clothing item and one (1) accessory item per calendar quarter (four quarters total). The specific items will be selected by the winner based on what is in stock and available at the time of redemption. The winner will be responsible for contacting support@armadamerch.com with their item selections each quarter. The winner will receive an invoice with their two (2) free items and will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with the prize.
As an alternative, the winner may elect to receive one (1) gift card in the amount of $200 USD, redeemable only at armadamerch.com.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the “Free Merchandise for a Year” prize is not to exceed $300 USD. The ARV of the gift card option is $200 USD. Eligible items for the giveaway are limited to standard printed apparel items, printed paper goods, accessories like hats, patched, keychains, beanies, socks, and other standard accessories. Limited edition or signed items are excluded from this promotion.
No cash or other substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Armada Inc. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and/or local taxes, remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from current email and SMS subscribers under the supervision of Armada Inc. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days following selection. Armada Inc. shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, you understand and agree to accept marketing messaging from Armada Inc. Armada may use your entry, name, likeness, image, voice, and/or statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, in any media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Terms
Armada Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such cases, Armada Inc. may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the event requiring such action.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Armada Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the contest or use/misuse of any awarded prize.
11. Disputes
This contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this contest, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be brought individually (not as part of a class action) and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
Entrants further agree that recovery in any such dispute shall be limited to actual, direct out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred in connection with entry into the contest. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any statutory rights that may not lawfully be limited, including rights under Massachusetts consumer protection laws.
12. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Armada Inc.'s website.
13. Winners List
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Terms and Conditions, send a request via email to support@armadamerch.com no later than November 30 2025 11 PM CT.
14. Acknowledgment
By entering the contest, entrants have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions.
