Armada Merch Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
These Official Rules apply to sweepstakes promotions operated by Armada Merch through the Armada Merch Shopify store, Armada Merch websites, email marketing, social media pages, product pages, or other promotional channels, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Each individual sweepstakes will include promotion-specific details, including the participating artist or band, entry period, prize description, approximate retail value, number of winners, and winner selection date. Those promotion-specific details are incorporated into and made part of these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor

For purposes of these Official Rules, “Sponsor” means Armada Merch. Participating artists, bands, labels, managers, venues, fulfillment partners, Shopify, payment processors, social media platforms, and other third parties are not sponsors of the sweepstakes unless expressly stated in the promotion-specific details.
2. Eligibility
Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry, unless a specific sweepstakes states a different eligibility requirement.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, the participating artist or band, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Void outside the eligible territory and where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
Each sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times stated in the applicable promotion-specific details. All times are Eastern Time unless otherwise stated.
Entries received before or after the stated promotion period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter, unless a specific sweepstakes states otherwise:
A. Automatic Entry With Qualifying Purchase
During the promotion period, eligible customers who purchase the qualifying product, bundle, or item identified in the promotion-specific details through the Armada Merch Shopify store will receive the number of entries stated in the promotion-specific details.
Purchasing a product is not required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
B. Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the name of the specific sweepstakes on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the postmark deadline and received by the received-by deadline stated in the promotion-specific details. If no separate deadlines are stated, mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the promotion period and received within seven calendar days after the promotion period ends.
Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as a qualifying purchase entry, unless the promotion-specific details state a different entry limit that applies equally to all methods of entry.
Limit one entry per person per sweepstakes, unless the promotion-specific details state otherwise. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or any other method intended to unfairly increase odds are void.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, postage-due, delayed, or undeliverable mail-in entries.
5. Prizes
The prize or prizes for each sweepstakes will be described in the promotion-specific details. Prize details may include, but are not limited to, signed CDs, vinyl test pressings, merchandise, memorabilia, gift cards, event-related items, or other artist-related items.
The approximate retail value of each prize will be stated in the promotion-specific details when applicable.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other expenses related to acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable sweepstakes, including qualifying purchase entries and valid free mail-in entries.
The drawing will take place on or about the winner selection date stated in the promotion-specific details. Sponsor may conduct the drawing using a random number generator, randomization tool, or another fair random selection method.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming Prize
Potential winners will be notified by email, phone, or another contact method provided at entry. Potential winners may be required to respond within a stated time period, verify eligibility, provide a shipping address, and complete any required documents, including an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, or tax form where permitted or required by law.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, fails to provide required information, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for emails or notifications that are filtered, blocked, delayed, misdirected, or not received.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Sponsor will ship physical prizes to the winner’s eligible U.S. mailing address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, returned, or undeliverable shipments after a prize has been shipped.
If a prize is returned as undeliverable or cannot reasonably be delivered, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and the participating artist or band the right to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, social media handle, submitted content, and prize information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, supply issues, shipping issues, platform issues, legal restrictions, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to obtain additional entries through fraudulent means, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to each sweepstakes.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the participating artist or band, Shopify, social media platforms, payment processors, fulfillment partners, advertising partners, and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, loss, or delivery of any prize.
12. Social Media and Platform Disclaimer
Sweepstakes may be promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Shopify, email, or other platforms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, Shopify, or payment processor.
By entering, entrants release those platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the sweepstakes.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, maintain compliance records, and for any other purpose described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants may receive marketing communications only where they have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law.
14. Disputes
Each sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
By entering, entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to a sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a state or federal court located in Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Winners List
To request the name of the winner or winners for a specific sweepstakes, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must identify the specific sweepstakes and must be received within ninety days after the applicable sweepstakes ends.
