1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are minimum age of 18 years or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary for contest entry. One winner will be selected. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Armada are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsorship
The contest is sponsored by the specified band and supported by Armada Inc through Omnisend. Armada Inc is located at 55 Chase Street, Methuen, MA 01844.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entrants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of the specified band as final and binding.
4. Contest Period
Entries for the contest must be received prior to October 14th. The winner will be notified after the drawing.
5. How to Enter
The contest must be entered by filling out the official contest form. By entering to win you also sign up to Armada's email and/or SMS list. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified.
6. Prizes
The winner will receive the prize listed on the landing page which consists of one (2) VIP tickets to Ceremony fest in Nashville on October 17, 2026. The winner will be notified via email or text when they have won and will receive instructions of where to pick up their item or promotion. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Armada. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and/or local taxes, remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly at the conclusion of the contest on October 14, 2026. The winner will be notified via text or email on that day. Armada shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, you understand and agree to accept marketing messaging from the specified band and Armada Inc. The specified band and Armada Inc may use your entry, name, likeness, image, voice, and/or statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, in any media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Terms
Armada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such cases, the specified band may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the event requiring such action.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Armada and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the contest or use/misuse of any awarded prize.
11. Disputes
This contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this contest, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be brought individually (not as part of a class action) and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Entrants further agree that recovery in any such dispute shall be limited to actual, direct out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred in connection with entry into the contest. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any statutory rights that may not lawfully be limited, including rights under Massachusetts consumer protection laws.
12. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Armada's website.
13. Winners List
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Terms and Conditions, send a request via email to support@armadamerch.com no later than December 30 2026 11 PM CT.
14. Acknowledgment
By entering the contest, entrants have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions.
